Work you'll do

• Provide strategic guidance and support for stakeholder engagement
• Advise on political environment and stakeholder dynamics
• Participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and representatives
• Conduct relevant user research
• Develop strategic communications approaches
• Support organizational change management activities
• Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders
• Advise on user adoption and human-centered design approaches for stakeholders

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8 years of professional experience in human capital in the public sector
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• Travel up to 30%
• 8 years of experience in NY city/state government and/or working with NY counties
• O rganizational change management experience
• Stakeholder engagement experience
